Designed by Tichenor & Thorp Architects and constructed in 2008-2009, this California traditional home was inspired by Roland Coate's work with elements of English Soanean Regency design. Courtney Construction applied its range of skills to building a inspiring home throughout--from detailed millwork in the cabinetry to the home's stonework, gardens and rose arbors. The home also features a home gym, theatre and wine cellar. Interior decoration was beautifully designed by the late and renowned Joe Nye.
